I agree to keep confidential any and all information I learn about the clients I serve, and/or the client’s information I come to know while volunteering in any capacity at Dar Al-Hijrah. I further understand that I am committed to keeping client information confidential even when I am no longer actively volunteering at Dar Al-Hijrah. I understand that on occasion, for community awareness and communication, DAH may use photographs of classes or activities at DAH that may include my image. This could include social media posts, Annual Reports and event signage among other platforms. I give permission for DAH to use my photograph for these purposes.
