Rules, Regulations, and Disclaimers

Regulations for Reserving the Facilities:

1. For any reservations, applications must be submitted at least two weeks in advance.

2. The party reserving the facility is absolutely responsible for clean up.

3. Deposit of $250.00 must be paid at the time of reservation. “The refund will be remitted upon inspection of the premises.”

4. The party who reserves the facilities must agree to uphold the Islamic Jurisprudence (i.e. this means no illegal activities, no card playing, no smoking, or drinking alcohol, no mix gathering of men and women, no belly dancing).

5. There will be an additional $20.00/hr. after the first four hours.

6. Responbility lies on applicant/organizer for any special setup.
