I affirm that both myself and my child(ren) are adequately qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in these activities. Accordingly, I release, discharge, and agree not to sue, bring a claim against, or hold liable the Muslim American Society, including their administrators, directors, agents, officers, members, volunteers, employees, other participants, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of the premises where the activity occurs. This release encompasses all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages that may arise due to negligence on the part of the mentioned parties or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations. Additionally, I commit that if, despite this release and waiver of liability, an individual on my behalf makes a claim against any of the aforementioned parties, I will indemnify, save, and hold harmless each of them from any expenses, attorney fees, losses, liabilities, damages, or costs incurred as a result of such a claim.
