IMPORTANT NOTICE:
1. Any inaccurate information provided will result in the rejection of the application.
2. The application deadline is March 19, 2025, at 9:00 PM. Late applications will not be accepted.
3. Please submit the following required documents for all household members:

• — A copy of valid photo IDs (IDs must match the current address).
• — Income verification documents

4. Bring a voided check or routing and account number for processing.
5. Applications will not be processed until all required documents are submitted to the main office or Social Services office.
6. Please make sure to add ALL Family Members residing in the house hold Applications will be delayed in processing if not all members are added.
How to Submit Documents:
1. Email: Send a screenshot to [email protected].
2. Dropbox: Place copies in the document dropbox located on the porch of the Social Services building.
