Pre-Event Marketing: After your request is approved, our communications team will handle all aspects of your event’s marketing, including graphic design, print materials, website publishing, and social media promotions. We’ll collaborate with you to review and finalize the materials before they go live, ensuring everything aligns with your vision.

Event Coverage: If you’ve requested event coverage, DAH Communications will provide professional photography, videography, and livestreaming services to capture the magic of your event as it unfolds.

Event Request Form

This is the one stop form to submit all your needs in preparation for your awesome event from A-Z.

 

– Once your request is approved by the administration, the communication’s team will be responsible to create and advertise all of your event’s marketing material as requested below, including graphic design, print, website publishing, and social media advertising prior to the event’s start time. Throughout this period, we will work closely with you to review the marketing material before we go live with it.

 

– During the event, DAH Communications will also be responsible for providing event coverage (if requested in this form) including photography, videography, and livestreaming.

 

– InshaAllah together we will strive to have an amazing event that coincides with DAH Mission Statement.

Graphic Request Form

This is where the graphic magic happens. Submit graphic requests through this form. 

Video Production Request Form

This form is to request video productions from Communications. Anything from 5-30 second promos to 1hr long lectures. 

Coverage Request Form

This form is to request coverage of any DAH event or to book time with our photographer, both on and offsite. Coverage includes photos and very short video clips to be used in future advertising using DSLR Camera. You don’t need to submit a form if you already requested in the Event Request Form.

Web & App + Masjidal Request Form

This form is to request updates to department owned web pages, app content, and Masjidal media. Provide clear details, upload necessary media, and attach any relevant files to ensure a smooth update process.

Social Media Request Form

This form is to submit requests to our social media strategist to promote material, events, and campaigns.

Newsletter Request Form

Please submit all your flyers for this week’s newsletter in one submission. If you forget anything you may submit another.

Recording Request Form

This form is to schedule a video recording session with our videographer, either in the studio with a green screen or at a location of your choice.

Print Request Form

This form is to request printed materials from DAH Communications.

Miscellaneous Request Form

A form to request miscellaneous communication items from DAH.
